To cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the time slot to other customers in need of air duct cleaning services.

Partial Refunds
For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance but more than 24 hours prior to the appointment, we offer a 50% refund. This partial refund compensates for lost opportunities to serve other customers and the preparation involved in readying our team and equipment for your service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise, and we evaluate such cases individually. Please reach out to discuss possible accommodations.
Weather Delays
In Dallas and surrounding areas, weather conditions can be unpredictable. If severe weather conditions arise, we might need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and the effectiveness of our cleaning services. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.
Our team closely monitors weather forecasts to minimize disruption and will make every effort to notify you as soon as a decision has been made to delay service due to inclement weather.
